I reached out the latter and was quoted US$3500 for the DSc. That leads me to thinking either these are somehow not the same entity (I was under the impression they were) or the price has jumped about 25% since this thread was started.

Second website is run by their faculty in Czech republic. So, it's kind of same, but whether both have same pricing or even offer exactly same study programs I don't know.
