Your written essay does not read like undergraduate work and indeed at times it looks to be lifted right from a book and even refers to chapters:

Throughout this chapter, "social and behavioral science theories" will be used to refer to this wide spectrum of viewpoints from the social and behavioral sciences......An overview of the modern behavioral and social science theories used in the design, implementation, and assessment of health and wellness promotion programs is given in this chapter

Through some preliminary google searches, I have found pieces of your paper online in non referenced sources like this one and this one and this one

Additionally, your SWOT table is not a personal reflection but seems to come from a policy manual from your workplace.

This presents as a very serious example of plagiarism.

Like I said human errors happen all the time I have a clean track record why would I cheat or steal someone else work stop it this was only a draft submission not intended for final purposes

UMaine's policy on academic violations is here: https://www.maine.edu/board-of-trustees/policy-manual/section-314/

"1. If a faculty member (including an instructor or graduate teaching assistant) has information that a violation of academic integrity may have occurred during an academic term, the faculty member will inform the student in private (either in person or in writing) of the information the faculty member has, the specific incident and the aspect of academic integrity that is alleged to have been violated. The student shall be provided with the opportunity to explain the circumstances and the action. The allegation may be dropped by the faculty member if an explanation by the student is accepted as being adequate."

How would you explain what happened? Racist strawman arguments won't benefit you.

RE: l don’t recommend this school - @TonetoReal - 04-17-2023

I hope all is well Prof, I have received your email expressing your concerns about the academic integrity of my paper I submitted on April 13th. I understand that you have identified some issues with my work, including references to chapters and a sophisticated level of analysis that may be beyond the usual result of undergraduate students.

Additionally, you have pointed out that my SWOT analysis reads more like a policy manual than a personal reflection to provide a clarification regarding the draft I submitted on April 13th. Professor , I want to assure you that the paper was not plagiarized intentionally, and the version that I submitted was just a draft for commentary feedback & this paper was not intended for my final submission. I may have included references to external sources in my paper and should have been more transparent about this. Moving forward, I will clearly indicate any external sources I have used in my work.

I understand that plagiarism is a serious offense and can have severe consequences. I assure you that I have never intentionally plagiarized any material, and I take academic integrity very seriously. The paper that I submitted was based on my own research and writing, but I did not follow the correct referencing guidelines to the best of my ability.
To rectify the situation, I am willing to submit a revised and final version of the paper as soon as possible. I will ensure that the revised version meets all the necessary standards of your expectations and I will provide proper citations and references for all the sources that I have used. That help me pass your previous course & assignments. I was under the pretenses this was a draft not final submission.

I appreciate your understanding and your willingness to work with me to ensure that I meet the academic standards & your expectations of the course

Best Regards

“ Racist strawman arguments won't benefit you.“ in regard to your comment I never said I will use racism to get out of a simple mistake. It is a professor instructor job had to provide trial and error to the student however, I’m sure they will give Bob or Jacob a second chance, but when it comes down to African-American student with one simple mistake over some citation’s I miss They are ready to expel stop it I know the truth operation is here what teacher do not give second chances based on my academic clean record oh I forgot NOT UMPI they are in the oppression business just like the criminal justice system I stand on what I say

Jamaican here. I'm as black as tar and I had no such issues at UMPI. Please do not play that minority card; just speak for yourself and your PERSONAL issue. Not everything is about race, so leave the rest of us black folks out of this one.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming you didn't just ask GPTChat to write you an apology in which you ran through a paraphraser and plugged in some relevant specifics, I wish you the best of luck. FYI, you might want to run some of these sentences through an AI checker. I would STRONGLY suggest you do that, in fact.

I'd also focus more on an explanation of how/why it happened as opposed to an acknowledgement that it happened. I don't know the UMPI's policy, but I know the school I work at would absolutely not accept this as an explanation.

RE: l don’t recommend this school - @TonetoReal - 04-17-2023

It is what is at this point. If I known the school history before I enrolled I would’ve looked elsewhere. I need no know one
“ benefit of doubt.”

How does anyone at UMPI even know your race? If you're in the YourPace program, it's entirely online.

You may want to hold on to that benefit of the doubt, since even your email up there doesn't read like your writing style here. Other things you might need, in order of importance:

1. An understanding of plagiarism and how to avoid it in all assignments
2. College-level writing skills that go heavy on grammar and analysis
3. A new university to graduate from, but it won't be because you feel aggrieved

The moment you see a paragraph starting with "additionally",  you can say for sure that it was written by GPT.
