RE: BACS Planning. Does this look right? - zolpgree - 07-12-2022 @carrythenothing Thanks. Do you happen to know if they require you to apply before taking any courses or can I take them as a visiting student? Do they require TOEFL for foreign students? Slightly updated spreadsheet attached. RE: BACS Planning. Does this look right? - rachel83az - 07-13-2022 For ONU, you do have to apply. But it's relatively painless. It only takes a few minutes and acceptance is pretty much automatic. RE: BACS Planning. College Algebra is not required, and will not go in that space; that will get moved to Free Electives Finite Math does not count as Scientific knowledge, and will get moved to Free Electives A Sophia science course will get moved to Scientific Knowledge I think Sophia's Intro to IT duplicates CIS-107 (?) so double-check that before taking it RE: BACS Planning. Yes, Sophia's IT course will transfer into TESU as CIS-107. RE: BACS Planning. Does this look right? - LevelUP - 07-13-2022 I don't know if TESU will accept college mathematics into Math electives. I would ask TESU about that before I took the course. They may not want any math lower than college algebra. I ran into problems getting BUS-210 accepted as a math elective for the AS in Computer Science (CSM Learn) TESU Academic Advising "I hope you're doing well. Unfortunately, BUS-210 does not satisfy the math requirement in the computer science degree. Computer science is a little more stringent with regard to which courses can be used as math." RE: BACS Planning. Does this look right? - zolpgree - 07-14-2022 I've made another sheet planning a potential CS/math double major. I'm making a separate thread to get further help with that. Appreciate all the input so far! |
