Thanks for sharing. I was curious of the difficulty of this course. My sister will most likely end up doing the certification even though she is leaning towards the Supply Chain Management degree over the Project Management. She will use the credits as electives vs. the BUS 245 + electives.

You spend time with R & SQL. You can run all of the simulations within the course. The process (art) of cleaning data is a significant part of the course. It felt like it would never end; however, it was valuable information with exercises that hammered home this important step/skill.

There's a bit of SQL in BUS345. The certificate sounds very different than the UMPI classes which makes sense since none of them are data analytics. Even BUS440 doesn't really go into analytics even though it's in the name. The course covered strategic management when I took it so very different than analytics.

Thanks for sharing;  this information is helpful. My sister shared that she is now, after getting the details of the transfer credits for UMPI, leaning more towards the Project Management degree. She completed an internship in June and is officially hired for a very large company in Germany, and they said it would be an appreciated degree within the organization. 

She did say that outside of her asking about the degree, no one has ever asked what she is getting a degree in and only ask "are you pacing to have a bachelor's degree in 2023". Sometimes the degree titles are more vanity than necessity. Again, she is already working there, and if just a resume with little experience, the type of degree can bring additional value.

BUS 359: IT Project Management 
BUS 400: Project Management Applications 
BUS 415: Operations Management 
BUS 401: Advanced Project Management Applications II

I sent the latest transcripts off,  so I figure by next week or so, we will know the results.

Where does it say this specialization is ACE certified? I'm looking and I don't see it. After reading the description of the 4 courses for this certificate, I don't see how those classes on data analytics would be same as these courses.
