Newly approved edX/MicroBachelor program (upper-level chemistry) - ROYISAGIRL - 01-20-2022 https://www.edx.org/microbachelors/harvardx-university-chemistry?index=product&queryID=aa9d76575c3ad93b25f8342a0f61c79a&position=4 I found the Microbachelor program and it's something. I think it depends on what they actually call them because there's a few degrees these may fit in, none of which could be completed with only alternative credits. RE: Newly approved edX/MicroBachelor program (upper-level chemistry) - rachel83az - 01-20-2022 Assuming you can get financial aid, 8 credits for $113 isn't bad. RE: Newly approved edX/MicroBachelor program (upper-level chemistry) - bluebooger - 01-20-2022 8 general elective credits for $1122 is horrible if they really give 8 upper level credits in chemistry as listed here https://www.tesu.edu/degree-completion/edx-credit that might be good but here https://www.edx.org/microbachelors/harvardx-university-chemistry?index=product&queryID=aa9d76575c3ad. it says Please note, credit for this program is not provided by Harvard University. This program is awarded eight (8) academic credits at Thomas Edison State University towards a general elective course. and reading the course descriptions, those are not upper level chem courses they are barely lower level chem courses RE: Newly approved edX/MicroBachelor program (upper-level chemistry) - dfrecore - 01-20-2022 (01-20-2022, 10:58 AM)bluebooger Wrote: 8 general elective credits for $1122 is horrible They do come into TESU as UL Chem though - https://www.tesu.edu/degree-completion/edx-credit: CHE-310 3cr CHE-320 2cr CHE-330 3cr For $1122, the cost comes out to be $140/cr - not bad for UL credit. Not great, but not bad. RE: Newly approved edX/MicroBachelor program (upper-level chemistry) - bluebooger - 01-20-2022 > They do come into TESU as UL Chem though yeah, I posted the same link but I want to see somebody actually transfer in those 3 basic courses as upper level |
