I would advise going to the University of the Cumberlands and doing the EdD or PhD program in leadership as it fits both your leadership and administration goals plus they are regionally accredited, classes are online (I believe 8 weeks long each), and they have a big student support group on facebook. I emailed Sussex to get more information last night. I'll contact Brighton. I'm trying to figure out how the Level 8 works. Do you get a "Doctorate" degree with it or just level 8 clearance in some government database only good in the UK? I know some of the levels have university partners so this is what I'm looking for. They're also for the PhD. Taught degrees usually require shorter dissertations.
