RE: Education Courses - dfrecore - 05-24-2021 I know in CA, you don't have to get a degree in education, or something along those lines, to get a teacher credential; instead, they offer a post-baccalaureate program that takes about a year to go through. My advice is to check on that option as well - can you get an inexpensive degree for as cheap as humanly possible, and then go get a teaching credential in another way? It's worth checking out. Many states even have those programs for free, and PAY you a stipend as you go through the program. RE: Education Courses - Denise Winebrenner - 05-26-2021 Wow, interesting. To be honest, I used to be very skeptical about online education (when it comes to getting some kind of serious certificate or diploma). It always seems that it is not enough to take a course online to become a good specialist. But now, everything is so well adapted to today's realities that online education can now be much better than live learning. |
