You actually likely qualify for Graduation with Distinction honors at UW-M since the top 20% of GPAs in past years has been around 3.6X, and you would even be considered summa cum laude at other comparable unis. My Chinese coworker attended UW-M and had a similar background to what you've mentioned here, and she ended up accepted into Yale for graduate school. Turned them down, though, but I'm sure you could have the same kind of opportunities with your achievements.
