Can I add add'l credits to COSC to boost my GPA?

Yes. They put everything on. I have like 630 credits on my TESU transcript. They even list study.com credits twice because I sent a direct transcript and also sent an ACE transcript.

EVERY credit you take/transfer in will be on the transcript.  The transcript doesn't break it down by those credits applying to your degree and those that don't - it just lists every credit broken down by where you took them - so mine has 1 section for each school I went to (3 CC's and 1 4yr), 1 for ACE credit, 1 for DSST credit, 1 for CLEP credit, and 1 for NCCRS credit - with all of the courses I took at each place listed.  Then there's a breakdown of the credits I have at TESU by term.  The TECEP's aren't indicated as TECEP's, they just have a CR for the ones I passed - the ones I did not take have W's, the one I didn't pass has a W, and then there's just a grade for my Capstone.

It does list my total credits at the bottom, and I have 129cr (and only 120cr required for my degree).

BTW - this is common, I've seen MANY transcripts, and all of them generally list test credits first (like AP and CLEP), then transfer credits by school, and then the credits you've taken at the school with grades.
I appreciate the clarification.

Perhaps I misinterpreted the responses I was given on this board when I asked the same question; specifically regarding duplicating upper and lower level courses.

Thank you for the update!

One thing to note is that they won't evaluate credits sent after you graduate unless you are still an active degree seeking student or you pay for credit banking. If you need to sneak more credits onto your transcript, I recommend registering for an extra associate's or second bachelor's degree before applying to graduate so that your enrollment continues. You'll stay an active student until a year past your last course registration.

I also have well over 630+ credits on my Excelsior transcript.  It was 17-pages in 2017!.  You can pay to update but I stopped in 2017.  EC did not list them by source. Sad

Only credits taken at COSC will count towards your COSC GPA. Even if COSC brings in a letter grade, it doesn't matter to your COSC GPA.

With TESU it's the opposite. They showed Transfers from my 3 universities, TESU-ACE, TESU-NCCRS and then the TECEP.

Yes - and that's why on the exact post you're only quoting part of, I told EXACTLY what TESU did with my transcript.

It's also why I said "generally" for the remainder of schools, because GENERALLY that's what I've seen.  I've seen 1,000+ transcripts, so I think I speak from experience when I say that.
