Your plan looks great. I was from QA Testing (QA Analyst, QA Lead and QA Manager- 16years) background. Now, the job market is different. Either Data Science/Analytics, Cloud, AI and IoT. Need to get a degree to remain in the market.
As suggested, I will focus and complete WGU SD at the earliest. Then I am planning to do Data Quest (https://www.dataquest.io/) as it has more projects.
Have you ever thought about BS - Data Analytics from TESU? I think it is more time consuming and costly. Statistics.com fees around 5000$ + TESU Cornerstone (1125$) + Waiver fee (2800$) + Grad fee.
