Masters of Professional Studies from Missouri State University reminds me of the Masters of Arts in Professional Development at Amberton University.  They both give several options of areas of study if you wanted to concentrate on something and they both allow transfer credits into the program (MSU is 30% max, Amberton is 12 credits max).
