Is Straighterline a PASS/FAIL grade (like CLEP) or is it a GPA grade? If it makes a difference, it's highly likely I'll be going to TESU.

You either pass and get credit, or fail and it doesn't show up on your ACE transcript.  TESU never actually sees how you did on a course you fail.  No GPA is involved.
