The Big 3 have way more ability and capacity to help low-income students. All 3 are open admissions colleges (non-competitive). $1.8 Billion could even mean they are free and they go back to their roots just being assessment colleges. This online stuff is just to make money. 300% more potential than a B&M college to help the poor. |
