It's recommended, but not actually required. In point of fact, waiting usually just has the effect of delaying graduation, so once you feel you are ready to tackle the Capstone, I think one should go ahead and do it.

You need 6cr of Social Psych for TESU, and taking SDC’s Soc Psych and Advanced Soc Psych will cover you... But neither should come in as UL

Org Theory is not a Psych course I don't think (Org Behavior is, but I'm not certain Org Theory is).
OT transfers into TESU as PSY-360. Although it features under the Business section of SDC, it qualifies as psychology.
As far as Adv Social Psychology goes, I was told that in combination with LL Social Psychology, it qualifies as UL. Together, you earn 6 credits.
I missed that about Org Theory coming in as PSY.
Who told you that if you took PSY 104: Social Psychology, that PSY 316: Advanced Social Psychology, would come in as UL? I've never heard this!
The SDC ppl told me that in the past, TESU has done this for a few students.

Which students have they done this for? I don't recall anyone on this forum reporting that -- I try to keep an eye on other psych folks and keep my wiki entry up to date. I don't think this is accurate. You should confirm this with TESU directly. I don't think they're going to allow it.
Even the transfer agreement posted at Study.com contradicts this:

Will do. I will write to TESU and confirm. I am anyway planning to complete Adv. Soc. Sc., even if it only qualifies as LL. If TESU accepts BUS 307: Leadership & Organizational Behavior for UL, that would be great. Bcos I can see that it overlaps with Organizational Theory & I/O Psychology. Would be easier.
