I know TESU has an 80 credit limit that's why it doesn't make any sense to take more CC classes.

Unless you don't have the right classes - then you're going to need them anyway, so it might be good to take them at the CC paid-for, instead of through a less expensive but out-of-pocket course.  "Less expensive" is in the eye of the beholder.
