I enrolled in a second BA prior to March graduation and recently completed a certificate that will be granted December '18 with all certificate requirements transferred in and no fees. Since the second bachelor's degree hasn't actually been conferred, we don't know for certain that TESU won't require a second RW fee at graduation time (and I'm pretty sure they will). The only thing that DIGI-212 confirmed is being able to receive an AA in one graduation cycle and BA in the following cycle. Which I'd mentioned earlier. RE: TESU residency waiver fee: 1 year, 2 graduation cycles? - Ideas - 10-11-2018 I graduated in March of this year, and paid my waiver in February. They said a couple months ago that I would have to pay another waiver to get a certificate and/or associates degree. RE: TESU residency waiver fee: 1 year, 2 graduation cycles? - triforce828 - 10-24-2018 Okay, so on the academic evaluation under "Prior Degrees" it looks like the Bachelors of Arts will be conferred December 14 2018. YAY! I haven't received an email saying there was a problem with the residency waiver or any other hold on my account. Another random factor might be that I paid the residency waiver fee in December 2017? However DIGI-212's daughter had a 2018 residency waiver fee and 2 graduations. So who knows what checks and balances goes on during a graduation audit. I will DEFINITELY chime back in if anything changes. RE: TESU residency waiver fee: 1 year, 2 graduation cycles? - armstrongsubero - 10-24-2018 To be safe I think I'm going to do 4 courses with them. For my AS Math and BA CS. Cause 2200 is the resideny waiver. If I just put 2200 again I can do the 4 courses. I have to push back to June or Sep 2019 though. I think 16 credits is reasonable. It would be nice to not pay it, but getting a GPA I think would help with Grad school. |
