Wow. Ok, that's frustrating. In that case, I'm going to second Sparklette's suggestion of doing this as a PLA. You can search here for advice on how the process works, but you could VERY EASILY use a combination of free/cheap online courses (I'm thinking Udemy as an example) to get the work to create the portfolio and then figure out what you need to build one that is 6 credits.
