While I personally haven’t taken any courses from either source, I know several people that have used Portage Learning and UNE courses for Medical/PA/NP/Optometry school prerequisites. If you were planning on going this route, do note that schools have different policies on accepting online prerequisites so you should do your own research.
For RA university and semester based, I have not done a lot of research on them due to faster and cheaper available options so this information might not be accurate.
Oregon State University costs $350 per credit hour. Elementary Biochemistry $1,400

The cheapest option would probably be Straighterline if they accept ACE credits, your local CC, or Portage Learning if you need RA credits. The last I checked, Tohono O'odham Community College ($34.25 per credit hour), Dine College ($55 per credit hour) Luna College ($44 per credit hour if you take less than 6 hours) did not offer Biochemistry.

Yes, if they accept ACE, StraighterLine is the way to go. I think if you have a local community college, that would be the best option as they'll be graded and also RA credits. Having said that, if there aren't any close or exclusively online, then you may want to do the recommend classes Hotdogman1 mentioned as alternatives. Get in contact with your institution and verify if they accept ACE or not.
