Cheapest but slowest RA school for bachelors - bghill - 05-17-2017 If you want to enroll with one of the Big 3 before you have most/all of your credits (in order to lock in the catalog you're under), TESU is currently cheapest, as you only have to take one TECEP a year. Excelsior and COSC both have annual fees which are more than the TECEP fee. Someone may be better off working on their credits without being enrolled. |
