POLL - RANSOMSOUL - 07-25-2016 CLEP & DSST are both the strongest options due to their acceptability and with study resources like IC, they are a lock for someone to earn credits. On a personal choice, I enjoyed ACE (Straighterline, Penn Foster, FEMA, ALEKS) the most because it allowed me to knock out credits in the comfort of my own home. This was not an interest when I started but as time went on that ability became one of my favorite parts of using those resources. POLL - RANSOMSOUL - 07-25-2016 All of the FEMA courses I took were from home in 2013 (35-40 - would have to check to confirm count). They transferred into TESC no problem at that time. As I type, tagging them ACE is the disconnect. If I recall, I just had them sent directly from FEMA at that time.. This was a good learning experience because I didn't continue on until 2015 and by that time the FEMA credits did not count and they were removed from my account. If they ever receive ACE approval, TESU would start accepting again. |
