Thank you all for your help. I tried the NEA10OFF code...and it worked!! So this code is still valid. Just make sure that you have the "EA" in the right order.

There will be a screen on the computer before your exam even starts -- actually appears just before you enter your credit card info (so that it knows how much to charge you).
