They do not offer bachelor's degrees, only articulation agreements with four-year universities that agree to accept KCTCS credits towards the bachelor's degree. KCTCS is nothing more than Kentucky's version of VCCS in my state - with a far better online program. It is the grouping of all 16 Kentucky community colleges.
