Excelsior graduation---feeling terrible! - ShotoJuku - 05-25-2007 Trust me here when I say that not only do I understand but I too have faced the SAME EXACT set of circumstances just one short year ago. I missed walking in the EC graduation due to 2 lousy math credits last July and received them a month later. Nevertheless, I went on and well redoubled my resolve and decided to go after a graduate degree. I finished it yesterday! Last July I was feeling low and actually ashamed. Less than a year later I'm walking on clouds having completed another degree and I'm not looking back. BTW: Instead of going to Albany to walk last year I found another educational alternative to take its place during that weekend; I went to Vegas.....and so should you! Hang in there, you'll find those math credits sooner than later - Good Luck!! Excelsior graduation---feeling terrible! - Greggy_D - 05-25-2007 CONGRATS on your MASTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In fact my dear hubby also said yesterday that if we are not allowed to attend after the letter and everything, we'll save quite a bit of $$$ and take a 5 day vacation to Orlando...after he said that I have been pondering about what would be the better option..even if they miraculously allowed me for the ceremony.:o .. and now your post makes me think.. the vacation maybe Thanks so much and Congrats on completing your Masters..what you have written is very encouraging to a lot of us who plan to pursue it.
