For TESC and Excelsior different majors would be a minimum required difference. You'd probably need to do a second degree in an entirely different "school" within the college. When I asked TESC what kinds of second bachelor's degrees I might be able to get after I finished up at Excelsior they basically said that since I was getting something in the liberal arts for the first degree I couldn't get anything in the liberal arts at all for the second degree. It would have to be from the business school or an applied science, for example. So even doing something like getting a BS in LS from Excelsior and then trying to enroll at TESC for a BA in History will probably be denied, for example. You'd have to go for something like business administration, because that would be "different enough" than the LS.

I think the dual enrollment idea would also run afoul of the requirement for the 24 additional credits to be earned for the second bachelor's after the conferral of the first bachelor's.
