On reviewing their list of certificates, emergency management appears to no longer be offered

I thought it was mostly through the professor and loosely connected with the college. It looked like a great way to earn a cert without having a residency requirement and the 20 fee was a steal.

It is still offered you have to emailed the Professor. I talked to him about 2 or 3 weeks ago.
