I have read this thread from start to finish. To say I am INSPIRED is an understatement!
Good stuff 😊

Global Marketing is done! The revised paper met requirements. Whew!
Still waiting for them to grade the two Ethics papers to see if I'm done with that course.
In the meantime, I passed the exam for Data Driven Decision Making. But that course has a 2 part project required. Looking to get part 1 done by the end of this weekend.

so, just courses two left (and one of them you're actually just waiting on grading so really it's all but done?), and then the capstone project??

you are incredible!

One Ethics paper met requirements but one needs a minor revision. I couldn't tell what they were asking for in the one section so I gave 2 answers (with 3 parts each) to cover myself. Turns out they wanted 3 training methods not 3 key areas. Why not just say training methods?
Guess I know what I'm doing when I get home from my overnight shift. Nothing like redoing work at 6am.

Back when I was taking Total Quality Management at TESU last year, I wanted to use what I was learning. So I collected data for a month and a half at the boring category manager job I had and did first and second level Pareto analysis to find out why we were wasting so much time and making so many customers angry with way too many out of stocks. I even summed it up with a pretty analysis for the Director of Ops and VP to show the cross functional improvements I worked out with the warehouse decreased stock outs by 50%.

Did I get a promotion or raise - no.

But I kept all of it in Evernote. And the project for Data Driven Decision Making sounds very much like what I did.
Before I can do the project, it needs to be approved so I submitted my proposal based on this stuff I have done already.
If they say yes, that will be AWEsome!
If they say no, I got a whole lotta boring data collection to do.

Yeah! Data Driven Decision Making proposal meets requirements. Just have to format the excel document I did originally to meet WGUs rubric requirements on my next day off and submit.
Wish they'd get around to grading my Ethics revision.

Ethical Leadership is done - the revision met requirements!
Just have to do the Data Driven Decision Making project then all that's left is the capstone.
