Hi -

FDR was President when I was born - Jan 24th, 1943. I've never lived in the US, though. Born in England, lived in Canada since 1952.
Don't know all that much about US history, but I DO know Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the only President to serve a third term.

I see the 80s babies rule here. Reagan was president when I was born, but I don't remember any politics before Clinton.
