The number the college lists for him is 860-215-9418 The PDF that was linked to originally in the first post of this thread has been taken down, and I couldn't find any mention of this certificate on the website. My guess would be that the program has been discontinued. But let us know what you find out! It may be unpublished but is still available based on my interactions with him a week ago. Is this the only college that does this? Is this the only college that does this? As far as we know, yes. It's so rare to have no residency requirement. I'm worried he's gotten so many applications that they've shut this down. |
