I am finally scheduled to take my test this Friday. I have studied Instacert, some of the book, and the College Board CLEP practice test. Any last thoughts? I failed Principles of Macroeconomics, so I am little nervous, but hoping I will pass anyway. Any last minute suggestions?
Thanks,
Janet

I'm trying to figure out which degree would be best for me. I'm planning on enrolling in TESC, and all of the credits I have will be through CLEP or DANTE. I haven't done any other upper-level college work. I know TESC will theoretically accept 120 transferred credit hours, but I'd like to test out of as much as I possibly can. Money is the main issue here, and the TECEPs are quite a bit more pricey. The actual degree is irrelevant, I just have to get one.
I've been planning on getting a BA in history because there were a number of history CLEP/DANTE tests and I thought I should be able to get most of the hours through testing. However, a friend of mine just informed me that TESC doesn't accept those tests in the "area of concentration" for a BA in history, though they can be used as electives. So... I guess my question is, is it possible to use CLEPs and Dantes for most of my degree? Or will I have to just bite the bullet and just pay for the TECEPs? Is there a different degree where I can test out of more than 90 hours before enrolling? My heart isn't set on History, I just want to take as few TECEPs as possible.

Has anyone passed Principles of Supervision using only IC? This will be my first Dantes test and would appreciate any guidance or words of wisdom.

I am about to take my first ECE next Wed. (Research Methods in Psychology) and am a little nervous about it. I have a few of questions:
1. I know that CLEP and DSST are scaled scores, are ECE's scaled as well or is it a percent that you have to get?
2. I know they are multiple choice, does anyone know if there are 4 choices (like CLEP), 5 (like DSST), or some other number? How about True/False?
3. Does anyone who has taken this particular ECE have any advice that is not in the feedback section? It doesn't look like there have been as many people take the ECE's.
Thanks for any help you can give,
Chuck

I have read the posts about business law and different people say they do different things. A number of people say IC is enough but others use supplemental learning materials. I am using IC and Rhea. For those of you that have taken the test do you think that is enough? I have been studying for at least two hours for two weeks but I don't feel that I know the material well enough yet. It's important that I pass this clep because at my university they have a 30% pass rate!
Thanks

| Which school accepts the most transfer credits? |

I was just wondering, out of these two schools which one accepts the most credits? I have about 60-70 credits from Military Training in the field of Meteorology, around 55-60 from Clep and Dante tests and around 20 from traditional college.
I was wondering which would accept the most and roughly how many upper level classes would I need to earn a degree. In terms of field, I am honestly looking for the easiest degree to obtain with the credits I already have. Also roughly how many extra classes would I need to take with the schools.
Thank you so much for your input.
