That seems like a lot of extra work when all you would need to graduate from one of the Big 3 is the Cornerstone/ Capstone requirement.
I understand your not wanting to do the TESU Capstone (and since your original post, they have implemented a Cornerstone), but what about doing the Excelsior one?
Excelsior's Capstone seems to consist of three 5-page papers, a PowerPoint, and some class discussion posts.
You seem to meet the depth requirements for a BSLA with depths in History and Literature/ English.
(And for those of us who have trouble with the process of putting words to page, try Google VoiceType on Google Docs).
