transferring credits after enrollment

This is a question for the schools but since they don't respond on weekends. I'm hoping to get my bachelor's by next June so that I can get a teaching position next fall. I need to get through this process as quickly as possible. Does anybody know if after you enroll with tesc or excelsior you can transfer in new credits as you are getting them? I would like to apply before I finish my testing because I've heard that the enrollment process can take up some time.

Also, has anybody had a hard time getting a teaching position with a mostly clep and dantes transcript? I know that you can still get a gpa with at least 30 hrs of dantes or excelsior courses.

I have had a few exams and online classes transferred in recently and EC updates the eval in about 4 business days after receiving them.
