I paid my graduation fee, however, it said on the screen that it will be in June even though they told me over the phone that I'm eligible for a march graduation. I rather have the march graduation, even if that means I can't pursue my 2nd bachelor's. I hope to come out a winner either way!

I don't think that I have time to finish up a capstone if I do get to graduate in march. I hope so. I want to broaden myself because I have a business degree even though my career is more social science/criminal justice oriented.

You'll just have to wait if you want to continue with TESU, or you can start on a masters.
If you don't mind another school, then COSC/Patten and Excelsior should allow this second degree.
I'm not sure about WGU, but they're the school of choice for many who want to get a Masters.

Is the 2nd degree with COSC easier? I eventually want my masters, but I don't want to miss out on broadening my scope to fit my career goals. I'm just trying to analyze my options right now!

It's easier as in less credits, but not easier in that they're generally upper level AoS stuff and possibly harder to find stuff. And easy depends on your knowledge base for the topic

Depends on what you go for. If you already have credits racked up for a second major then it is just a cornerstone and a capstone.

I have to do the capstone no matter what? What's the required COSC credits vs TESU? 16 vs 24? I have a lot of credits. I want it in either criminal justice or liberal arts

If you do it simultaneously then you do not have to do the additional 24.
Capstone and cornerstone have to be completed at COSC.

You'll have some use of your business credits in the CJ concentration.
