Astronomy or World Religions DSST
#1
Hi!!

I just had a quick question. I need to take either Astronomy or World Religions in seat and I am looking to take the DSST for the other. In general, which would be better to do the DSST for? Which is "considered" the easier test?

Please let me know. Looking to start studying tomorrow and possibly test next week.

Not having sat for either of them, all I can say is that in my own research, Astronomy is generally considered one of the harder tests, while World Religions is considered less challenging. Which one is best probably depends on your particular course plan, but if you're just looking for fast credits, World Religions is the easier of the two I'm fairly sure.

I'm planning to take both... I already took Astronomy at my old B&M but I am considering taking the DSST as well to try and get a better grade. I'll be taking World Religions in the next few weeks to fulfill a GE requirement (and because it seems like an interesting subject.)

I am not sure about testing but I have taken both of those actual classes and I can say with full confidence that World religions is WAY easier then astronomy. I guess it depends on the person also but astronomy is the hardest class ive taken so far. I would definitally recommend the World Religons.

So are you saying you would recommend taking the CLEP for World Religions? I would rather take the hardest class in seat.
