In my confirmation emails is says:

"Submit a proctor form to the Office of Test Administration if your course has a proctored midterm and/or final exam"

How can I find out if my courses have a protored midterm/final exam or not?

Go to Blackboard and read the course description and requirments. It should say somewhere in there.
