So I am taking the principles of marketing clep on Saturday.
I took a Rea practice test and scored a 61. Am I good to go? I am still studying I
just want to know if that's a good enough practice score.....?
Thanks

That sounds good. Keep studying though and take more PTs. Definitely take the Official Clep Study Guide's PT.

Seeing your post prompted me to sign up for the exam. I haven't taken an exam in AGES, so I'm glad that I'm starting one that should be relatively easy for me. Good luck with your exam.

I'm planning to take this one, too. When are you taking it? I just got the REA book. I hope to be ready in February. It will be my last exam! :hurray:

Congratulations, NAP! I'm taking it on Jan. 12. By then I should have the book read, and digested.

As an FYI, the REA book is one of the best the company's done. Chock full of great explanations of the terms you'll need to know :coolgleam:

That's great news Westerner. I'm a big fan of REA and very glad to hear that this one is so helpful, too.

Thank you! You have a lot of credits now. How close are you to the completion of your degree?

Taking this exam on Saturday 1/26/13. Been using ONLY Instantcert and there seems to be a lack of free practice exams. A little concerned about content, how did everyone do on their test's and were there any stand out questions/land mines to be aware of??? Thank you!!!

The general consensus has been to use more than one study source. My study materials were: REA book and practice tests, Pass Your Class CLEP Study Guide, CollegeBoard Official Study Guide, InstantCert and VangoNotes audio. I went through all of the written materials once and listened to the VangoNotes audio probably three times (I'm in my car a lot). Scored a 66.
No land mines that I can recall (it's been a while since I took this one). Be sure to check out the
Specific Exam Feedback thread for this one.
Good luck!
