Hi so I am taking this test in two weeks. I'm nervous. The Rea book I was using is so long for this one, I
didn't know how I was going to study it. So I purchased a comex guide which is much shorter. It's supposed to be
here on Friday. Is it possible for me to have a week with that book and know enough to pass? I am doing flashcards as well,
do those help a lot on this test? Thanks

You're welcome. I'm finding that site useful myself in prepping for the Praxis II tests I'm taking soon.

I used Cliff's Notes Principles of Managment and scored a 70. You can view it as HTML on Cliff's Notes web-site for free. You can also find the pdf floating around online, although I don't advocate downloading illegal content. It's about 240 booklet size pages (i would guess about 150 textbook size), and hits the meat and potatoes on the subject matter covered in the exam.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

Yes, that REA book is rather long and dry. My primary resources for this test were REA and Petersons practice tests, supplemented with CliffsNotes and
BusinessDictionary.com for concepts and terms. That was enough for me to pass with 66.
