I lived in Mexico back when the Powerpuffs were popular. Since I was the only blonde girl that anyone knew there, the Bubbles nickname stuck.. of course, that's Burbuja in Spanish.

Thanks NAP I like Grand Duchess better then Regent, but only about 140 more and I will be a Princess consort.

I guess being a Regent is a better fit for an EC student, since it was originally called Regent's College.
