penn foster english and nutrition

anyone do these courses?? how quick can they be done? are they proctored? nedd english and one elective to finish....thanks

Hi Derrick

English Comp can be done as quickly as you can do your essays and have them graded....mine all took only 2-3 days to receive grades on. There's no proctor for English, it's just a final paper. I'm not saying they're easy, the graders can be harsh! I think you could finish the course in a couple weeks and have it transcripted by ACE in less than a week.....
I am pretty sure Nutrition has a proctored exam so it would be a couple extra weeks....paperwork, proctor acceptance, etc.

Anyone know how I can sign up for just one course with Penn Foster. I contacted them and they want me to sign up for the whole course. A phone number would be much appreciated where someone has signed up for just one course and not the whole program.

thanks for the info..registered today for english with penn foster..EC wont let me do the Nutrition class because it isnt taught by the Biology dept....so I'll look for another elective

I was told last week by Tom with PF it's $90 per Credit Hr. which is a very good price.
