other study.com UL courses downgraded?
#1
Hi,
from reading the recent forum posts, it seems that the psych courses have been downgraded. Is anyone aware if the education, organizational management, history, and business courses have also been downgraded to LL?

My eval shows the planned business courses still as UL, but that won't be confirmed until they audit for graduation, I guess. Also, the Vietnam War course shows as UL still.

Mine too....if they downgraded any courses it must have been very recent. My last transcript was added to the evaluation in May and I had no trouble at that time. I'm dreading degree audit though. I'm hoping they give me credit as I took all that before they made the changes. I may end up being three UL courses short if they don't give me credit. I'm looking at some other options - taking the very awful shmoop courses if I need to or biting the bullet and paying for a non-western lit course and getting an English degree. I might as well since I'll be short anyway. It will just delay graduation until December.

I guess I would call advising and see about getting your courses planned in. I don't think we are ever guaranteed to have our courses approved until they actually transfer in.

This would be pretty crappy to think you are all set and then hit the grad button only to have them tell you one or more of your courses is not longer eligible to be used. I always have this thought in the back of my head and I am sure most people do also. I really want my grade to come in so I can pay for graduation and hopefully get good news after the audit. I am showing 117/120 just missing one TECEP so I should be good if the TECEP is passed. Then again who really knows.

I'm hoping nothing gets downgraded at all and for TESU/Study.com to work on bringing the courses back up to "upper level"...
