I just ran across this...

It is a German organization, but offers some classes in English.  There appears to be one about information service engineering for which a student can earn a certificate equal to two European Credit Transfer System units.  The cost is 60 Euro.

Yes - 2-ECTS available for In-Memory Data Management, as well. Several of the courses in German also carry ECTS credit. 180-240 ECTS credits needed for a Bachelor's, so be aware that building a degree 2 ECTS credits at a time would be a VERY slow process. A full term is usually 20 ECTS, an academic year 60. The courses look good, regardless of ECT. Some of them are definitely not for beginners (prerequisites are stated) and all certainly look well put together.

I've no doubt somebody looking for this type of info would be well pleased with these.

I wonder if TESU would accept this. They state on their website that they will evaluate foreign credits on a case by case basis.
