Hello from N. Texas !!!
I am trying to find some online Personell Management or Personell Administrations courses.
I have let Goodle by my friend, but cannot find anything worthwhile.
I would prefer upper level classes, but will accept a lower level course.
Hard to understand no choice selections; these are popular business subjects.
That's it. Everyone, please have a safe and fun July 4th weekend.

Not sure where you're transferring these to but won't the DSST Human Rseources Mgmt exam work for this? And if you don't mind jumping through hoops, Strayer has Training and Development, Labor Relations, and Staffing Organizations Challenge Exams (all upper level).

Strayer probably isn't a good option, as no one is sure if they will release transcripts without taking a $1500 course there.
All of these are ACE-approved:
DSST has HRM & Org Behavior $80 + testing center fee
SL has Org Behvior $99 + $69 (?)
study.com has Leadership & Org Behavior, Org Behavior, and HRM ($199/mo includes 2 courses)
Penn Foster has Compensation Management (UL), Employee Benefits (UL), Labor Relations & Training Concepts (UL) for $299 each.
UExcel has HRM, Labor Relations & Org Behavior and you will get a grade for these ($145 each)
CSU Global has a bunch of UL CBE's for $250 each that will work
Not sure if you're taking these for personal growth, or if you're hoping to transfer them to another school? If the latter, then you need to see if your school will accept them. They should take the UExcels and CSU-Global exams since they come on a school transcript. But I would check first.

As dfrecore mentioned, the CSU Global exams in Human Resources and in Management seem to fit your requirements:

The easiest one of the bunch would be Penn Foster, but I would choose Human Resource Management.
It's 5 exams and a non proctored final, no projects, no proctored exams and it's $299/course at PF.
I wrote about it a week ago, See here: http://www.degreeforum.net/excelsior-tho...ncial.html

I sent a ticket to TESU to approval the transfer of Penn Foster Human Resource Management. I received word back today from Academic Advising, that they no longer accept this. I'm hoping the advisor I dealt with got it wrong.

You should ask again as it my have confused the advisor, it should be fine unless it has lost ACE recommendation.
Make sure they read HRM and not the Strategic Management course, they may have mixed the course names.

Make sure to say that it's an ACE-approved course, rather than just that it's from Penn Foster. PF is an NA school, and TESU doesn't take courses from NA schools, so the advisor may have looked it up by the school rather than on ACE. It is ACE-approved through 8/31/18

I submitted a new ticket and included the ACE course number. I got the following response from a different advisor:
"The Penn Foster course Human Resource Management can transfer as MAN-331 Human Resource Management and apply in the General Management Specialization as an upper level elective.
Should you have additional questions, please create a new ticket by sending an email to academicadvising@tesc.edu with your degree program in the subject line. Thank you"
Thanks for the feedback!

Haha, that's what I was thinking, one of the advisors may have read that initial course wrong... it's great to follow up in case they were too speedy to respond.
