That is great Jennifer I know you will make it work. The only advice I can give is what was already given make it a women owned company. When my DH was out of work we incorporated my little consulting firm into an L.L.C. I am the owner/President, since I am 1/2 Puerto Rican we are a Minority woman owned small business. That has helped us in our bids for certain contracts.

That is so neat! I used to dream about going to a culinary college, but by the time I finished high school college just looked like a bunch of work that I didn't want to put into it. Thankfully I eventually took my first CLEP and was hooked, and now am set to get a degree, but I still occasionally think of that old dream of mine.
I LOVE the idea of the theory classes as well (go figure IC-ers would love the testing options...
)! I'm looking forward to exploring and, no doubt, drooling over your website.
Such a wonderful opportunity! I hope everything works out, and, who knows, maybe I could someday be a future student.
