does anyone have an idea if
(1) physiological psychology can be considered to be an upper level science?
Physiological psychology - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
thomas edison considers it to be " PSY-374 "
Physiological psychology is a subdivision of biological psychology that studies the neural mechanisms of perception and behavior through direct manipulation of the brains of nonhuman animal subjects in controlled experiments.[1] Unlike other subdivisions within biological psychology, the main focus of physiological psychological research is the development of theories that explain brain-behavior relationships rather than the development of research that has translational value. It is sometimes alternatively called psychophysiology, and in recent years also cognitive neuroscience.

(2) statistics for social sciences

thomas edison considers it to be "soc-325"

If TESC already assigned course numbers, that's what they will use. Question- is your stats from ALEKS?

not at all... B&M . for the most part.. i've seen at TESC Stat for Soc count towards Bus Stat ... so I was simply wondering how it could be applied.
I realized that they have assigned course numbers, but i thought it could somewhat be argued.

You could try. I had 2 issues that I took as high as I could (Dean of Haven school) and both came back as "no" - but that doesn't mean that will be your outcome. One, I took a 200 level class locally that TESC brought in as a 100 level- thus screwing up my "in concentration" course plan big time. I found at least 10 other colleges with the same description that had it as 200 and even a few 300 level- no luck- in the end I was told "we have a book that we use, and we go with that" (what book? who knows) The other was regarding credit for teaching which has nothing to do with you, so I'll spare you the details lol. You could try!

If you took/passed behavioral stats, you might whiz through ALEKS intro stats in under a week- really. It might not be bad. (plus, remember ALEKS is open book and untimed- and you only need 70%)
