minimum and maximum hour requirement for Bachelors at ECE
#1
Excelsior requires a minimum of 120 credit
hours for a Bachelors. Does that imply I
could use additional credits if I have them?
What is the maximum? Maybe I wil go for
an associate using those extra credits

You could get as many credits as you want, but only 120 will apply toward a Bachelor's degree. If you have 15 more credits, you could, in theory, get an Associate's after the fact, but I'm not sure why you would.

Most schools will allow you a second BA/BS with an additional 24 hours in a different subject from your first degree. *some restrictions apply, check with your counselor to get the specifics.

Good luck...

If you did go for an associates rather than a second bachelor's, I would only think that it would be useful if it would compliment your bachelor's.

For example, I'm in sales, so a business degree suits me well. I sell medical software so if I were to get an associates in a computer-related field or a health care field, this would probably look good on a resume, but a second bachelor's would look better.

The typical thing to do would be a double major.
