I think I may be finishing my last course this month. I have found tests that I can take to get the credits I need. If I pass these tests, thats it? Im just nervous that its too easy. Not that its not work, but can't believe Im gonna save so much money!

Yes, it is true -- but you need to make sure your school will accept that course from CLEP/DSST.
Each school may have a different requirement. Get it in writing from your conselor and then put it behind you.

Yes, it's true! As long as you have an approved plan, you are all set. Test away.
Some exams are more difficult than others, so be sure that you study enough to pass each one. There are multiple sources available for study and practice exams (usually), so be prepared.

guess Im not done. I found out that the exams I wanted to take wont cover the credits I need. Seems that liberal arts credits are pretty much anything BUT education, which is what I wanted!

Do check into ECE tests. They do have one test that counts for 6 credits called ECED Literacy Instruction in the Elementary School. If you school accepts that, its cheaper both in time and money for 6 credits.
