SDC assignment grade time?

Any estimates? About how long does it take to have a SDC assignment graded and returned? My son submitted his first assignment 2 weeks ago and says it's not graded. That seems long to me?

Once, when I had submitted my final assignments on my last day of membership, they took a while to grade my assignments so I sent them an email. They responded really quick and sent my results almost immediately. If it's been 2 weeks, I'd go ahead and send an email to make sure everything is ok.

Grading with them-- from my experience-- was slow as molasses. My last written assignment wouldn't post nor did I get the grade via email, like I usually do. I emailed them about it before the final and was told it would post after I took the final and made no mention about it being graded or not even though it had been 3 weeks. The 4 classes before that I received my grade via email, typically within 2 weeks, and that grade wouldn't post until I finished the final.

I found that the assignments always came back way earlier than the final exam confirmations... usually within a day or two. I think the longest I ever had to wait for an assignment grade was 3-4 days. Two weeks is very unusual.

It seems like they only have a handful of graders since I'd commonly get the same one, so maybe perhaps that person left or went on vacation?

Wow, Merlin! You were lucky or I just had the slowest graders. LOL I waited on average 7-10 days to get my assignment grade emailed. I'd say finals took 5-10 days for me to get posted.

It may depend on the subject, too. Maybe some graders only grade certain subjects and some are just slower to grade(or more overwhelmed with papers/projects).

This was my experience as well. Heck, my C programming language assignment was turned in, graded, and returned the same day.

I'd imagine the popular courses like College Composition might take longer if they have dedicated graders for those subjects. However, I did take College Comp II from Study.com and I don't remember those assignments taking any longer to grade than the rest.

Mine were always weeks, and I'd have to badger them with an email to get them to get on it. They indicated they were backed up on grading due to being understaffed

I received my English comp 2 results for 2 assignments in less than 12 hours this morning .
