Hello there, just a quick question. Instancert keep charging me the $20.00 a month eventhough I have not accessed the instantcert materials in over 4 months. I do read the forum threads once in a while but I was under the impression that the forum was free. I'm sure there's something I should've done to cancel it but I don't know what.
Can anyone tell me how can I stop IC from charging my account?
Thank you.
Mateo.

Go to "contact us" tab in the InstantCert Academy and there will be a link to cancel your membership.

Like many other free trial offers, if you do not cancel you will continue to be charged.
The thing about Instantcert is they make it easy to cancel, online or by phone, there is never a hassel and you are never bugged to rejoin.
I have joined and canceled twice now. When I don't plan on testing for a few months I quit, it is never a problem to quit and it is easy to rejoin when you are ready.
