there is no upper level clep
you get 6 lower level credits I've never heard of this course

I think SpanishHour is the class you're talking about? I have no idea how well it works or not. But I would think it would prepare you for the Spanish CLEP exam, and there is no Level 1 test vs. Level 2 test, there's just the one test, and then schools can decide to grant you additional credit if you score above a certain level. For instance, TESU will give you 6cr if you score a 50 or above, and 9cr if you score 63 or above (it was formerly 12cr, but was downgraded recently).
Other schools have different thresholds, though, so you need to figure out what that is before you take the exam.

So, for Spanish Hour I could pass the CLEP. Whether or not I score upper level or no is dependent on my score on the CLEP right???
