So I just contacted Capella, a degree in Psychology is not a requirement, and a GPA is a requirement, but can waived upon completion of an essay and resume submission. However I am still thinking about doing the 6 extra TECEPs for the cheaper tuition cost. The Per-credit vs Enrolled Options cost, I figured I would save $1,232.00 (not counting the 2 I was required to take, since I would had took them anyway).
I would like to thank you guys as this discussion probably just saved me time and money. I would also like to ask if I am correct to assume that as soon as I meet the 24 credits I can then apply for graduation and that will be it? Like there is no hidden catches with the Per-Credit plan, is there?

Regarding your previous post, I'm not exactly sure how the 2nd degree in SocSci would treat the courses you previously took, and whether you could just retake them or not. But, I do know that in getting your BSBA, you should take the most direct route and not take any additional Psych courses, and then stop. If you want to get a SocSci degree, you need to wait until after degree conferral to take any additional courses. Anything you take between now and degree conferral won't count towards your new degree (although you could start the course and just not finish until after conferral).

You'll still want to review the book for some things you're not familiar with (there was a decent amount of encryption protocol on my test which I had no idea on) but it should be one of the first tests you do as a confidence boost.
Not sure when you took this, but a quick note, I just looked at the TECEP description. It looks like it was updated in December so might be a tad different now. To me it looks more difficult, but I'm not a computer person.

It seems my best route would be to just finish my BSBA and then use it towards both my MS and MBA, as I see no reason why I can not pursue two degrees with my BSBA.
Capella has stated that there is no requirement to have a BA in Psychology or Social Sciences. I originally thought a psychology/social science degree was a requirement to pursue a Master's in the field. I am new to college and don't completely understand how it works.
My plan now is to use the teceps to save money. But are you advising me to do the enrolled option plan? The exam I have left that I need is Strategic Management, other than that I meet all credit/core requirements.

Second bac eval boilerplate:
Student Remarks:
SECOND BACCALAUREATE DEGREE (PLEASE READ DEGREE RQMT INFO BELOW)
Students who wish to earn a second baccalaureate degree must complete
a minimum of 24 additional credits in the area of study/core beyond
the date the most recent degree was completed.
Courses completed beyond the date all prior degrees were completed
will be labeled as "NEW". Capstone courses can be considered as 3
NEW credits under this policy.
The University will not award a third baccalaureate degree.
Graduates of TESU who are returning for a second degree should note
that the capstone courses LIB-495 (for the TESU BA degrees) and
APS-401 (for certain BSAST degrees) are degree-specific and therefore
will have to be retaken and will count towards the required NEW
credit.
Based on University policy, all general education requirements, other
than those labeled as "DEGREE REQUIREMENT" will be satisfied based on
the completion of a first bachelor's degree from a
regionally-accredited US institution. Adjustments to the evaluation
will be made to reflect this once all transcripts have been received.
Our records indicate that you earned a Bachelor of Arts xxx from yyy on xxx yy, 20zz
Our records indicate that you have earned an AA in xyz from abc on xx-yy-zzzz

As stated before I will no longer pursue a second Bachelor's degree. I will just focus on the 2 master's. MS Mental Health Counseling from Capella. The MBA from Patten University.
Unless I am mistaken I see no reason why I can not pursue both with my BSBA. Capella has stated that a BA in Psychology/Social Sciences is not required.
Reason for possibly preceding (have not decided yet) with the TECEPs are for the savings in tuition, by my calculations $1,232 in savings. However I only need Strategic Management to graduate under the enrolled options plan. Which is why I am undecided.
