Well, July 1 certainly makes more sense. That was the traditional date that catalog requirements changed on. Of course the tuition page still says May 25, but your link seems more definitive to me.

Anyway, the six month post is from 2013, since then others have been told one-year, but you can't go wrong acting as if you have six months.
